Learning from the Past, Creating the Future(Ongojishin)

Let's Love Our Heritage Rooted in Korean Tradition, Crafted for Modern Taste.

When a faint wisp of fragrant steam rises, the gentle aroma of freshly steamed rice fills the air. With two deep bows, we honor our ancestors, offering them a cup of clear rice wine. Under the open sky, as the steamed rice cools, we patiently await the moment to share the first cup together.

Steamed Twice, Fermented with Patience The steamed rice is prepared two and three times, then carefully blended with traditionally crafted nuruk and left to ferment for over 60 days. As fermentation and aging unfold, delicate pear-like fruit aromas begin to emerge. Only then do we gently lift the cloth to see if it has matured to perfection.

The Finest Craftsmanship. Using Seonsan-grown nonglutinous and glutinous rice, we carefully prepare perfectly steamed rice so the traditional nuruk can be fully absorbed. Our goal is to ensure that every bottle of takju and yakju delivers the same exceptional flavor—anytime, anywhere. Every batch is brewed with dedication to become a truly outstanding masterpiece.
